Refund policy

We have an easy 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with dust bag intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lifetribelabel.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we provide you when you contact us regarding your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We can provide suggestions on how to return the item for the cheapest shipping fee.

Where a shipping charge has been paid by the customer when purchasing the item, there is no refund of the shipping charge.  The refund is solely for the purchase of the product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with dust bag intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty & Product Care
The One Handbag is covered by a voluntary 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

To maintain the integrity of the bag's structure and stitching, customers should avoid overloading the upper compartment with heavy items. The upper compartment is designed for everyday handbag essentials. Heavier items such as drink bottles, large power banks and other dense items should be carried in the insulated lower compartment where possible.

Damage resulting from misuse, overloading, excessive weight, accidents, alterations, or general wear and tear is not covered by our voluntary warranty.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
