Care Tip: The upper compartment is designed for everyday handbag essentials. To maintain the bag's structure and stitching, we recommend storing heavier items such as drink bottles, large power banks and other dense items in the insulated lower compartment where possible. For best performance, avoid carrying heavy drink bottles in the upper compartment. Where possible, place heavier items in the insulated lower compartment.

Warranty: This product is covered by a voluntary 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. Damage caused by overloading, excessive weight, misuse, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty.
